andrey.core.ci.register_indep_test(name, factory)

Register a CITest factory under name for selection via indep_test.

factory maps a (n_samples, n_features) data matrix to a CITest (a callable test(x, y, condition_set) -> p-value), and takes the keyword settings make_indep_test() passes, if any. Overwrites any existing entry for name. A variant of a shipped test with other settings is partial(make_indep_test, "cmiknn", k_cmi=5).
