Student-t partial-correlation conditional-independence test.

Reports the same partial correlation r as FisherZ with an exact Student-t p-value on df = n - |S| - 2 degrees of freedom: t = r * sqrt(df / (1 - r**2)) and p = 2 * P(T_df > |t|). Its p-values differ slightly from Fisher-Z’s. r is clamped just inside (-1, 1), so a deterministic relation gives a tiny finite p-value. A query needs n > |S| + 2.
